A MASTER'S EYES
The eyes of a Master cannot be distracted by tattered clothing, uncombed hair, or empty pockets. The eyes of a Master pierce the color of a person's skin, look beyond the wrinkled skin, see within the darkened doorway of the hovel that shelters the weak and infirm.
The eyes of a Master see through the illusion with love. Hatred blazing from a prisoner's eyes; profanity falling from a woman's lips; solid silence framed by crossed arms and closed eyes … these things cannot divert the truth of soul that lies within each person that the Master sees.
The Master knows that to judge through the eyes, rather than through the heart, causes love to be lost. And love is the Truth therefore Truth is lost when love is lost.
The Master does not look at another and believe that they are not loved by God and known by God simply because they are hungry or they are bruised or they are filled with rage. The Master's eyes see the Truth behind the pain and prays that the angry person, the wounded person, the lonely person, will see what the Master sees.
The eyes of the Master cannot be fooled into believing that the eyes see all that is True. The eyes of the Master are within the Master's heart. And the Master's heart resides within the Knowing that there is nothing about another person that has the power to override the Truth that every person is an expression of the divine nature of God. Learning, living, loving, weeping, forgetting, … in other words … simply being … as each person has been given the Right to do.

ALLOWING YOURSELF TO BE FINE-TUNED
My basic thoughts have been ... if we wish to change the reality in which we live, we have to first let go of it. Just visualize having your hands full of items and trying to pick up something else. More than likely, you'll see that you have to set something down in order to pick something else up. So it is with re-creating a reality. We have to "set this one aside" to the degree that we create enough "empty space" for something new.
We've all heard of healing, surrendering, letting go, and on and on. All of that is essential to the process, of course. But I've heard many, many people say the same thing ... all the letting go and I'm still not seeing the changes that I want to see.
If we step back and look at the goal ... replacing the human experience of suffering with the God experience of infinite possibilities ... it's easy to see that it's no easy task. From what I've witnessed, most people are hard on themselves, chastising themselves because they haven't made as much progress, or change, as they think should have. Most people, including myself through the years, have periods of frustration. The frustration is actually a deterrent, an energetic block, to the progress we want to make. If we're frustrated, are we in "the flow?" If we're in "the flow," we're in the energy of God and where it is our soul wants to take us.
What I've found, in my own internal searching, is that much of my frustration has been born out of trying to mold my life into what it "should be." Who formed the "shoulds?" Society, peers, well-meaning relatives and friends, and, most importantly, my perception of how things should be here on Planet Earth. How I should be, would be more accurate. By deciding how I should be, I made myself wrong about being who I really am. I know, without a doubt, that almost every person can relate to those words.
When we make ourselves wrong, we create dis-trust of self.
I imagine by now you've thought about all my conversation regarding re-perceiving?
Think about it. If we have any dis-trust of ourselves, are we really going to think we can re-create a reality? No. We're going to continue to allow "Earth society" to do it for us. What that boils down to is the issue of self-empowerment. We can't become self-empowered if we don't have total trust in ourselves. Now, think about how much trust it's going to take to believe that the instincts we feel deep within are the way things should be ... versus the way an entire planet tells us things should be.
That takes us to the obvious. Re-perceiving ourselves.
That's where the fine-tuning comes in. Re-perceiving self, in order to discover your own truth, in order to learn to trust the deep and infinite truths of yourself. Again, what is already in place has to be "broken down," released, re-placed, whatever term you might want to use. Can we conceive of the level of trust it takes to allow everything we know, or think we know, to be torn away and replaced by a greater truth? A truth that cannot be seen or touched but instead is invisible and questioned? Can we find the strength within to stand strong against an entire reality that tells us that our goal is impossible? That our beliefs are un-real?
That's what I feel we're being called to.
As I thought about all of this, preparing to write about it this morning, a vision of an old, gnarled oak tree came to me. The tree stood alone, its roots sunk so deep into the earth that it seemed they were miles long. A tornado was blasting its way around the tree. Everything, including a kitchen sink, was slamming against the old tree. But it stood strong, unmoved. Seemingly untouched by the assault.
I can clearly see how the vision relates to the goal.
If we're going to stand strong, we have to trust in ourselves, know we're where we're supposed to be, who we're supposed to be, and whatever happens to us is meant to happen. We can weather the storm, strong strong in the face of chaos. And no matter what, we have to remember that this is a temporary reality we're living on Earth. No matter what happens here, our soul will have gained from our experiences.

BE THE LIGHTHOUSE, NOT THE RESCUE BOAT
(Originally published in "Voices For A New World," 2002)
In our zest for evolving beyond the current reality, and our very sincere desire to assist everyone on this journey, we often lose sight of some very Universal Truths. Each of us choose our own life experience. And each of us make these choices based upon what we need in order to learn or achieve so that we might take our personal steps in Soul evolution.
Love clouds many issues, but it is necessary for each of us to realize not only the infinite Soul of self, but also the infinite Soul of all others. There are many times during this process that each of us will falter, will feel enormous pain, and may even lose our way.
Where there is love, there is the natural instinct to rescue. But at times we must resist that instinct. There may be those who gasp in dismay at my words. Is it love to stand aside and allow a loved one to suffer? Is it love when we do not race down into the trenches to pull our friend out of the mud? Yes … there are times when taking no action is love.
If you, as a Soul, need to experience a period of great turmoil, a turmoil that will force you into the depths of yourself to find your own answers, a friend would be empowering you by standing beside you and supporting you and loving you — but not rescuing you.
If you take the hand of a friend and pull them out of the mire they've created for themselves, you have robbed them of an opportunity. By remaining in the mire, they will find strength. They will find personal power. They will learn to trust themselves, to turn to their own inner voice. Please understand that if you see a loved one in physical danger, or in harm's way to the degree that intervention is called for, do not hesitate.
We Are Not Victims
Emotional detachment, something each seeker must learn, calls for a delicate balance of offering support, serving humanity, and offering your belief in a person to the degree that they realize you believe they can rise above all circumstances. As we watch the daily chaos and suffering on Earth it is difficult to believe that we are not victims. But we are not.
Emotional detachment allows for a different perspective when evaluating the reality we, as a human society, are creating. When we accept and then begin to understand that our creations, what we experience daily, are created from a base, a foundation, that lies within us, we begin to understand how to create different experiences.
To rescue someone from his or her own creation/experience is to rob them of the opportunity to understand why they are creating the experience they are creating. Our experiences are the gifts we receive from ourselves, with the intention of out-picturing what resides within us.
By taking the deep internal beliefs that we carry, the spirit within us creates an external picture/experience. This creation is a mirror that shows us what foundation we are creating from. If the foundation is fear, doubt, pain, our external world will reflect this foundation back to us. Because all creation must have a foundation on which to build, Universal Law dictates that the foundation must be within us for the simple reason that like attracts like.
The greatest gift we can give each other and ourselves is the gift of allowing our spirit to express, via our external experiences, the truths that reside within us and within our personal energy fields. By doing so, we bring to our attention deep, unhealed wounds and/or beliefs, whether they be from this lifetime or from the past.
As we work through our experiences, gaining understanding, conquering fear and pain, we heal that which causes us to create pain and suffering. As we heal pain and suffering, we give ourselves the very real possibility of creating a world based on joy and Soul-wisdom.

BEING WHO YOU ARE
If we think about the task of being who we are, it sounds like a totally simple concept, doesn't it? But from all I've seen and heard, from everyone I've ever talked to about this, it's one of the most difficult things asked of us. As I've thought about the reasons for that, it seems pretty obvious. Peer pressure, wanting to fit in, wanting to be accepted and loved, etc. But in the end, it is the individual that loses. Or so it would seem. But really, in the end, everyone loses.
If we, as a global society, continue to try to mold ourselves and everyone else into what we think is the way it should be, change will never happen. Are things ok the way they are? Well, yes, in a way, because there is nothing "wrong" in existence. Things may appear wrong, but in the bigger picture it's understood that all things have purpose. If we tweak our thinking just a bit though, take ourselves a little further out of the "thought box," it comes to this ... if there is nothing "wrong" then why is a human trait to want to control everything to make it "right?"
hummm.......
I thought I was at a loss for words when I started this, this morning. Apparently I'm not because my "subconscious" is crowding me with so many thoughts I can't type fast enough. I woke up thinking about starting work on OTHER WORLDS: The Series. I haven't worked on these books for such a long time I wouldn't even want to say out loud how long it's been. The inspiration surprised me. As I thought about the reason for it, many other thoughts crowded in.
This planet is in a time of flux. Flux is caused by energetic changes, movement, if you will. If we think about it that way .. movement .. it seems obvious that, if we stand still and inflexible in the middle of the flow, we're making no sense. In my mind's eye I can see a person standing in the middle of a very mild river, wanting to allow the drift to simply carry him and make him feel free, but refusing to go with the flow. Could it be that our set pattern of human thinking is the resistance to change that is stopping the flow of a change that is being guided by something far greater than ourselves? I would have to say 'yes.'
Due to everything we're been told, taught, shown, and (indulge me here) ... bullied into, since we incarnated in this place and time, most of us have lost the connection that would remind us why we are here in the first place. For most of Earth's history, this was a place of karmic interaction. I tend to believe that Earth is moving out of that role, which means that humanity is too. If we are not here for karmic justice, so to speak, then why are we here?
Could it be ... self-expression?
And if it is, how can we express self if we don't know who self is?
I believe .. absolutely .. that Earth-reality is being afforded the opportunity to become a God experience rather than a human experience. If that's true, then this change we sense is about becoming more God. That would include becoming less human, in a way, wouldn't it? What is being human? If we set the physical part of it aside and ask ourselves that question from the perspective of thoughts, actions, interactions, relationships, and, most importantly, the energy we manifest, the energy we live, it becomes obvious (at least in my mind) what is being asked of us and how important it is.
What happens when we turn out inner perspective of life from thinking of it as a human experience to thinking of it as a God experience? That's the key.
I began (but deleted) a blog on Friday that talked about my personal take on this. I felt the blog was self-indulgent due to the fact that I was sharing a big part of my life and how it all brought me to this point. I haven't decided if sharing things like that are relevant to the journey you and I are taking together by sharing this blog. However, what I know for certain is that something happened Friday morning that pushed my understanding of the differences between a human experience and a God experience forward to a great degree. Which helps me understand why I was meant to create this blog-space. And maybe will, as I write about all of this, help each of you understand why you're sharing the journey with me.
I'll go out on a limb and say that there is a small percentage of the planet that is being asked to step outside of the human thought processes that form the box of life on Earth. That would include breaking through what we've been taught, breaking out of the box of who we believe we are. No matter who taught us, or told us, who we are, there's a very good chance that they have no true understanding. Not that they didn't have good intentions. Not at all. But everyone who has taught us everything, more than likely, has done so from the human perspective of what is right, what is wrong, what is acceptable and what is not.
What is possible and what is not.
With God, all things are possible. If we allow the energy of God and the infinite to enter into our little box of what we believe is possible, there's a very good chance that our lives can become the change we seek.

BECOMING
This reality is such a huge dichotomy, so vastly different from "the real of the other side," that it provides a perfect platform for change. To understand why it is so different, why it is so harsh when "the real" is so polar opposite, would seem to me to be the obvious place to begin to know why the dichotomy exists.
If we are one person when we're in this reality and another when we step into "the other side" then we have to ask ourselves why. Which side of ourselves do we want to be? And is it possible that the reason reality "here" is the way it is, is due to the fact that we are the way we are? If so, it stands to reason that we are the cause of why reality is what it is.
My entire time on Earth seems to have been a struggle to either accept the way things are or figure out how to change them. I can accept and find some peace for brief periods of time. And then something will happen that causes me to blink in shock and start asking myself 'why' again. Are things really the way God would want them to be when a person can kill and mutilate a baby?
I've been in the realm of metaphysical thinking for many years and so all of the obvious explanations and understandings have been explored. Non-judgment is obviously the main key. We cannot change everyone on the planet. And perhaps it is not meant that things change. Perhaps this is "the role" of Earth and its 3-D reality.
To accept that used to be simple. I believe that it used to be the truth. Earth was a "playground" for karma and studying cause and effect. If a soul wanted to understand how an action could create a lash-back, this was the place to do it.
I have to be honest and ask myself if I am imagining that the role of Earth is changing and this will no longer serve as a place for playing out the tit-for-tat game. Is it me changing in some way that refuses to think this can continue? Or is it true that Earth is really evolving?
I believe it's the latter ... and I don't think I'm alone in that. If we're sensitive to energy, we can feel the energies around the planet going through major changes. We can sense, and possibly see, the changes in more and more people. If it's true that we, the people, are responsible for the life-reality that plays out on Earth, then we, the people, have the ability to change it.
I was thinking about all of this and wondering how such monumental change could actually take place. Only within each of us, obviously. But how do we reach that place of change? A change within each of us that is so full of impact that an entire reality changes?
It can't be about everyone suddenly having massive abundance because money doesn't create peace and love within people. It can't be about everyone suddenly finding a dozen or more new friends who are beyond compatible, where every word and action is absolutely wonderful for everyone. It can't be about everyone miraculously having perfect health and circumstances and everything else that we think will make us happy. And so what is it that we can do, or become, that could cause reality to change?
I believe the key lies in becoming the truth of who we are. In my mind, that means allowing our God-self, if you will, to override our normal thoughts and reactions. I haven't spoken of this out loud much, due to the great upheavals my thoughts have caused when I do. I don't know if I'm wrong and everyone else is right. I only know this is the path my thoughts take............
What if it's time to stop giving our egos and personalities the power to create our reality? What if it's time to teach ourselves how to allow our "God instincts" to lead us through the days?
I think it's a personal choice. Maybe no one is right and no one is wrong. Maybe this is a time in history for personal choice. My personal journey is urging me to "think God." If I take a moment to consciously change my reactions, my responses, my thoughts, and my actions, calibrating them to resonate with the truth of my infinite soul, rather than this 3-D resonance of irritation, or fear, or victimization, or things along those lines, then it would seem that I am doing what I can to bring the essence of God into this 3-D life. If not for everyone else, at least for myself. I can only speak for myself but allowing my personality and ego to run me all through the scale of human emotions and thoughts does not generate a state of peace. If I am to find inner peace then it is up to me to generate, to create, that state of peace. The external world may stay the way it is for another thousand years, or perhaps forever, but I (we) have the power to change.
The common thread that I've seen through the years is that we must "allow." We must accept. We simply are who we are and the world simply is what it is. We can find peace by accepting this. I've seen it as a kind of surrender, as I've processed myself through the years of trying to understand. Now I'm beginning to think that it's a combination of a lot of things. Acceptance means non-judgment and I'm all for that. That's the Truth, in my humble opinion. Acceptance is a form of surrender, as I see it. And, as I've discovered, there are thousand upon thousands of "layers of surrender" that we go through.
Perhaps my thoughts these days ... and here in this blog ... indicate another layer of understanding. Perhaps there comes a time when acceptance is understood and we move into a whole new layer of self-responsibility. If I monitor my thoughts, my actions, my energy, consciously making an effort to come from a place of a higher vibration (call it God-vibration, if you like), then I am not a victim of emotional energy and the consequences. If I do what I can to create a "God reality" within my own life, then I am contributing to the possibility of change here in this Earth reality.
Well, perhaps I've meandered all over the place here today. I hope I've dropped a line or two that helps your journey. There is a new saying traveling the planet ... WE are the change. I believe that. It is a matter of HOW we can be that change that now is the key.

BEYOND BOUNDARIES
It's inevitable that, when the inspiration to write (share) hits me, I often can't stop the flow. So many thoughts crowd forward that I can find myself frustrated at not being able to type fast enough and not being able to hold onto a thousand thoughts at a time. And so, more often than not, thoughts get lost and what I write ends up being one-tenth of what I wanted to write.
Today is no exception. As I thought about the earlier blog, a past experience kept crowding me, like a bully on a crowded bus. (smile) Obviously I was supposed to pay attention and so I did.
I don't talk much about the "miracle healings" I've been a part of through the years. But they're an example of what I know to be true, which is that anything is possible and, if whatever needs to be in place is in place, "miracles" do happen. I've spent an inordinate amount of time trying to figure out exactly what needs to be in place, what exactly made it possible for the miracles that I've seen to occur. Well, I don't have the answer for this, and maybe I never will, but there is a key, an inspiration, a clear sign that I must believe because I've seen things with my own eyes.
The evidence of miracles has to be added to the subject of "living a God reality." The fact that, in less than a minute, major physical circumstances can be changed, disease eradicated, miracles manifested, is pure evidence that there is a different reality available to us. Even if I can't name, and recreate, the exact circumstances that allowed a greater reality to overshadow this one, the fact remains that the door can be opened between the two.
Because that's true, it stands as an incentive to continue to chip away at whatever "boundaries" keep us contained in what might be called a "false reality." In the "true reality" I've observed so many times, the energy of "the real" has incalculable power over the tangible we can see. If I were to compare the two "realities," the tangible that we live is comparable to a flea trying to move Planet Earth from this universe to another. There simply is no comparison. And so, what "traps" us, what causes us to believe that we are locked into this reality to such a degree that we don't live the miracle of who we really are?
Here's an example of what I'm talking about ... something to perhaps trigger hope in your world.
A friend called me frantically. Neither one of us ever really figured out why she was inspired to call me rather than anyone else. At any rate, I jumped in the car and dashed over to her place. Her kitten was having epileptic seizures about five times a day and they were increasing. Something had to be done and my friend had just come from the vet, who had told her nothing could be done.
I immediately and instinctively took the kitten in my arms, sat down on the couch holding her, and consciously opened up my mind to engage in my knowing that God is more powerful than what we were seeing in front of us. I had no idea what to expect, had never attempted anything like this at all. All I knew was that I wanted to help. The next events shocked even me and I think about all of this every day, and always have. Since this was over twenty years ago, you can imagine then how much of an impact this had on my life.
Suddenly my entire body ceased to be "me" and became instead this overpowering energy of what I can only call God. A shockwave went through me like a bolt of lightning, stirring up every atom of my body. The energy shot through me and into the kitten. I'm incredibly happy to report that the kitten had no more seizures after that day.
I, personally, was not responsible in any way for any of this. A power outside of me became quite obvious. I simply allowed myself to become a vehicle of expression for that moment. But the key here, the reason this memory keeps pushing at me this morning, may be that, in any given moment, the "ability" to be a vehicle for this power is there.
I'm not saying that God is something outside of ourselves. I think we are as one with God, as one with the power and energy of God. I think that some energy within this Earth-experience causes us to forget that, and keeps us separate from that which is true and real.
Could it be that, as we focus our thoughts on manifesting this current Earth-reality, we actually cause the separation from the real and the true? I believe so. It then becomes a challenge to "rise above" the tangible reality we live in, somehow causing the energy of the infinite to become more of a reality. Which then, of course, becomes a struggle within ourselves to maintain a balance in this world. It is necessary to be fully present in this world in order to function in a viable way. But is it necessary to continue to give our full attention and belief, our personal power, over to this temporary reality we live in?
Perhaps the key here is to allow our inner knowing of our infinite connection to infinity to begin to overshadow the impact Earth-reality has upon us?
There is so much more ... but I'll leave this for now and give us all a little more to think about. (smile)

FEAR IS THE CONTROLLING FACTOR
(An excerpt from "Moments of Mastery," a book by Lauren Zimmerman)
(Copyright, 2005)
Though on a Soul level, fear does not exist, the Soul nevertheless understands fear. It is the human reaction to the illusion we surround ourselves with, based upon not knowing what will happen to us next, and upon the belief that we are victims to the reality in which we live.
We believe in the existence of pain, death, hunger, lack, and all of the other things we, as a human society, are faced with every day. Indeed these things do exist, for we live them every day. And so how is it that we can live within the dichotomy of knowing that, while such things do not have to exist, these events continue to occur? How do we separate ourselves from the physical facts to the degree that we live within the truth of Soul?
If we were able to achieve full knowledge of who we are, as Soul, fear would cease to exist. If fear ceases to exist, the events that thrive upon fear will cease to exist, as well. In other words, if we, as a human society, can eliminate fear from our reality, we can change our world.
Fear controls our reality. Fear is the foundation for crime and plays a major part in every single thing on earth that is out of Divine Alignment. Why is fear the foundation of crime? Because crime is based upon the belief that someone is a threat, someone has greater power, someone is capable of doing harm, or already has done harm, or someone has something that the perpetrator cannot achieve. This is a small list of reasons but accurately displays how such an understanding of fear can parlay into an understanding of crime and Mans inhumanity to Man. Underneath it all lies the fact that the perpetrator is in fear about something. The layer of reasoning above that fear is that doing harm to someone else is acceptable because the other person may do harm to the one committing the crime. If the real truth is that no harm can come to any of us, if we were capable of living in the pure truth of Soul, crime would virtually disappear.
Every crime makes a victim of someone. But the truth from the Soul is that we cannot actually be a victim to anyone or anything. We are subconsciously creating every moment. If we consciously choose to create our moments in union with Soul, we begin to consciously create our experiences. If we consciously accept that there is nothing to fear, we begin to create a world where fear does not exist. We are Masters of our own reality. We choose what we do and do not believe. Our beliefs shape our world/reality.
As a group we, as Souls, agreed long ago that we would use Earth-reality as a place where we could exercise free will and learn about cause-and-effect and such things as karma. Now, as a group of Souls, we are agreeing that it is time for such use of Earth-reality to change. Only we have the power to change it. And the way we change it is through our thoughts, our energies, our intentions, and our wisdom.
When we reach the critical point of changing the energy that Earth exists within, those who are not seeking the experiences of an evolved Earth will find or create another place within existence to experiment. In other words, when we as a group raise the vibrations and energies of Earth-reality, such things as crime, disease, death, etc., will not find a compatible and nurturing place to exist. Like attracts like. If we eliminate fear, thus eliminating the need to experience the things that generate fear, we no longer live in an energetic reality that can support the fear-generated experiences.
One of the most difficult concepts/truths that each of us will face as we seek to evolve is that nothing outside of ourselves can harm us. There is immediate protest on every level with even the first mere thought that this could possibly be the truth. There are a million arguments/facts that tell us this is not true. Ive heard them all, believe me, and argued with myself about each and every one of them. However, in order to honor the process of my Soul, which is leading me toward the inevitable reality of what is true and what is illusion, I have allowed myself to take the heat for accepting and stating this truth. The reason is this we are creating reality and the only way to re-create it is to let go of the facts and truths in order to allow the possibility that we have been deluding ourselves for centuries.
As the Soul-process of evolving continues, we begin to realize that we have the power to manifest all things. We have the power of instantly healing all things that are not in alignment with the truth of our Souls. I have seen miraculous and instantaneous healings, which tells me that the power to heal all illness, disease, and death is available to us. I have seen the other side of life that we call death and know that it is not real, as far as what most people believe it is. It is another phase of life. There is no such thing as death.
With the power of the Soul, in union with The Creator of Existence and the cooperation of our physical presentation on Earth, we have the power to dematerialize bullets, heal a wound, and give ourselves life or death. With that as our truth, the next truth is that nothing outside of ourselves can cause us harm unless our mental and emotional processes allow it.
One way of taking the leap across the wide gap between what weve believed for centuries and what we are choosing to re-create as our reality as we take these steps toward evolving as a society, is to realize that we are all one. Within the larger picture of reality, we are all existing within one energy. As we create the reality we desire/need, we invite other people into our lives to help us out-picture what we need to see and experience. If we feel we need to suffer in order to mirror back to ourselves that we feel unworthy, we invite someone into our lives to abuse us or neglect us in some way. In other words, your worst enemy, so to speak, may well be your kindest friend for that person is serving you by placing him/herself in a bad light.
To take it to the next level, expand your thinking for a moment to ponder the fact that all people and things outside of yourself are expressions of yourself. Think of it like this when you sit alone and think and envision other people and events, you are there alone and you are thinking people and things into be-ing. Often your thoughts feel so real that you feel as though the events and conversations youve witnessed have actually happened. The process of the Soul is much the same. As the Soul ponders alone, it is creating the life you are leading. In other words, your Soul is thinking you into be-ing. Therefore, it may be possible that nothing outside of yourself is real. Everything and everyone may be an extension of your Soul, presenting you with the gift of its be-ing in order to serve you in some way.
If this is, in fact, the truth, then the next step is to accept that, if you change your thinking, you will change your life. Reality is created through the process of thought. For most of Earths history, we have created reality subconsciously, giving our wounds, our thoughts, our emotional pain, etc., the power to create our reality.
The world/energy around us responds/creates based upon the energy we generate. If we change the way we think, the energy we emit changes. If we begin to operate within this Earth-reality with the energy and intention of Soul, which does not believe in fear but which does believe in personal power, the world/reality begins to respond.
Like attracts like. If we teach ourselves to integrate the truths of the Soul into our daily way of be-ing, we teach the world around us to respond accordingly.
"The Soul does not believe in fear due to the fact that it knows without question that it alone
is creating all that it experiences."
(Copyrighted, 2006)
I've addressed this topic in many other articles through the years. I guess I'm inspired to address it again, hoping perhaps to inspire, to help others to remember.
Each person is, in the bigger picture, an infinite soul. Life on Earth is an infinitesimal drop of time in an entire infinity of experiences that a soul chooses throughout time and history.
That being said, every person is choosing this life experience based upon a set of needs that are driven by the soul. Each soul needs something in its repertoire that pertains to the experiences of this lifetime. If that weren't so, we wouldn't be doing this. We are not so inherently obtuse as to inflict a lifetime of suffering on ourselves for no good reason at all.
Now, that being said, one of the things that I've noticed consistently in human interactions and relationships is the tendency to judge other people's lives and experiences. On top of that, there seems to be a sense of entitlement that makes it ok to advise others on how they should be living and what they should be doing. Perhaps it's just me but ... I've never gotten that. If I am telling you what to do with your life, that assumes that I know better than you. It also assumes that you are not competent to guide your own experience. Even worse, it assumes that you are not as close to God and your own soul as I am, therefore you do not know what's best for you.
I realize, as I read this back to myself, that my words are stronger and "heavier" than they've been in my past articles. I have to wonder why. Instead of the "negatives" I could come up with to explain myself, I believe I'll go in the direction of the positive and say that, though I've had an extremely difficult lifetime and anyone in their right mind might assume that I have no idea what I'm doing, I have come to trust that I do know what I'm doing.
Perhaps that's what the challenge is all about.
Do we trust ourselves to lead the life our soul needs us to live in order to gain the wisdom we need to gain? Are we strong enough, courageous enough, stubborn enough (smile), to forge on along the path we instinctively know is right, no matter what it appears to look like, or even feel like?
As "normal" as things may look on the surface of life on Earth, there is a deep and constant belief within me that things are about to change. (I'm not, by any stretch of the imagination, the only one to feel this way.)
As we step onto the "new path," we have to step off of the "old path." This can be an extreme experience. If we look at it from a deeply metaphysical point of view, what we are asking of ourselves is to let go .. completely .. of one reality and leap on over to another. Rather like deciding to leap off of a cliff, not able to see anything out in front of you or below you. You hope to heck you can fly. You hope to heck that the reality you believe in is real enough to support you.
This is the time when things can get dicey. The old reality doesn't fit. You feel uncomfortable. You feel its not real. You feel its not based on the Truth. But this Truth-reality you believe in isn't quite tangible.
Yes. If you're thinking ... "leap of faith" ... you're thinking exactly what I am. Along with this leap of faith comes the need to stand strong in your belief that you're walking the path that's right for you. The other voices must be silenced in order to hear your soul's voice. But first you have to believe in your soul. Only each one of us individually can create that belief.
My life looks anything but normal or "right." In a way that gives me an advantage because it's all I've ever known. But for those who are just now beginning to feel that slightly panicked feeling that says the foundation reality is built on is crumbling, this can be a very unnerving time.
I guess it's time to believe in ourselves even more, to silence the criticism of others, to stand strong in our convictions. After all, if we're going to, as a society, change reality, it's going to take a great deal of strength. And we want the foundation of the new reality to be strong. Strong enough to support the real Truths, no matter how tangible or intangible they may be.
Before we criticize or advise another person's life, it might be the right time in Earth's history to begin to examine why we feel that's ok. Our fear for ourselves and our fears for others often is the reason behind our choice to intervene in another person's life. I'm not referring to the extremes, such as deadly drug addictions and such. I'm referring to the life choices that take people down paths that look out of the norm, that look "too dangerous," too abnormal, too unlike what everyone else is doing. To build a new reality there has to be risk-takers who step away from what looks "right" in order to blaze a new path, fighting their way through a wilderness perhaps never traveled before. As much as our fear might want to place an opinion or a boundary on another person, perhaps it's time to reconsider and re-perceive. Perhaps if we can teach ourselves to re-interpret another person's life path, we can more fully support new and unexplored pathways that can lead us to a new reality.

LIVING A DIVINELY INSPIRED LIFE
First of all, I would like to thank and welcome all of the new readers and subscribers. My Guides advised me to check the stats this morning and I see that they've jumped significantly. I think my Guides wanted me to be inspired to continue. (smile)
It gives me a great amount of joy to know that you trust me enough to read my words and allow me into your lives. If I can share some hope and inspiration, I'll be satisfied with my life when it's complete. This journalistic blog is a piece of the Divine Inspiration that I receive every day. Most of what I write is suggested and guided by my connection to the wisdom of higher dimensional teachings. Some of what I write may sound as though I'm writing totally about my own experience but, based upon all of the mail I've received through all of these years, I know that there are many people who share the same thoughts, questions, and feelings as I do. In my own explorations, I hope to share the wisdom I garner with you.
This blog isn't for everyone. There are millions of folks who will continue along the path of Earth's history of karma and such. The message that began one aspect of this journey was that there would be 1,000 years of change happening to Earth's society. We're just at the beginning of that time period and so there are many who might think I'm far too idealistic and "out there" to be believed. That being said, this blog is all about encouraging those who are determined to be a part of great change.
Going on to the topic of the day .....
In my explorations of what could possibly be potent enough to keep humans from remembering and realizing / living the truth of who they are, one of the primary keys to understanding this phenomenon was the understanding of energy.
All things are energy. Our thoughts are energy. When we incarnate into a physical body, we're bringing the energy of all we are, without limitations, boundaries, time-constraints, judgments, etc., into a tiny, physical space. Just that action alone suggests that we are "in a box" now. We wake up and feel "un-free," constrained and confined inside this little box we call a body. Now, not only is our physical space limited, the physical body is limited in what it can do. The inability to fly, just as an example, validates that we are now confined.
In addition to that, we feel separated. Separated from that which we've known. That light, that endless space of infinity, that bottomless well of wisdom and power. It all feels as though it's gone. Even a moment of that feeling can cause us to doubt ourselves. Add a number of years to the initial shock of waking up here and we have a tremendous potential to fall into the trap of thinking that this is all we are ... this physical presentation of this physical life.
There are countless meditations, healing techniques, etc. that can help us recapture that feeling of connection to all that we are. I've found them tremendously helpful. My Guides have added several hundred "techniques" to my repertoire, as a means of assisting me to stay connected to "the all that is." By staying connected, I feel I'm living a divinely inspired life.
Living a divinely inspired life does not, by any stretch of the imagination, mean that the path is golden. People have often written to express surprise that my life has been as difficult as it has been. They suggest that, with the connection that I have, everything should be coming up roses. What I've found is that, the more we are committed to "overcoming" the restrictions and limitations that Earth-society and Earth-life place upon us, the more challenges we can face. It is as though we oppose the reality and, in turn, the reality opposes us.
Energetically speaking, I'm witnessing a great change in that scenario though. Through the past ten years or so I've seen the energy around this planet change. I've seen an acceleration in vibration and frequency, energetically. What that means to me is that the higher dimensional frequencies are more accessible to those who seek them.
It feels as though living a divinely inspired life is more possible than ever before, for more people. What I've found in my own quest is that it becomes necessary to drop self-judgment entirely. Not meaning to be rude at all, I also suggest that it's necessary to drop everyone else's opinion of us. Judgments and opinions have the power to "teach" us who we are, to bend us into something we're not, quite bluntly. Our truth is not "the seen," the visible. Our truth lies in the unseen, the infinite energy of who we are through infinity's history. We are not separate from all that is our infinite soul. By necessity, this physical presence can greatly limit the way we express that infinite soul. Most definitely, that infinite soul cannot be seen by checking out a person's outfit or hair color or whatever, and so any limitations, judgments, and opinions set upon us by what others see is not necessarily based upon what is real.
Our own soul's divine inspiration is right here for us. All we have to do is tap into it. Ask and ye shall receive, as the saying goes. The energy around the planet supports this quest more than ever before. I hope we all take advantage of it. The more we bring the inspiration of infinite wisdom to our lives, the more we can be the change we seek.

THE WATER DROP
Let's visualize a single water droplet in a beautiful clay jug.
What if a single water drop contains a deadly poison? Does the poison stay isolated in the single drop or does it impact the other droplets that make up the entire jug of water?
If that single water drop holds a gift from God, does that gift stay isolated or is that gift shared with the entirety of the contents of the jug?
If the poison or the gift is the droplet of water that is our personal experience, how do we feel about our contribution to the whole?
What do we want to contain? What impact do we want to have on the entirety of existence? How will our contribution affect the history of our own soul?
If you're here reading these blogs, there's a 99% chance you're "ultra" sensitive, which means you're deeply impacted by energy. Those around you, their emotions, their thoughts ... everything seems to impact you and affect you. Maybe you even feel the influences of the energies around the entire planet. (I'm very certain I'm not the only one suffers from this "affliction.") Following that, if you're feeling it all you've probably wondered how you can impact other energy in a positive way, maybe even to the degree that things can change to a more uplifting energy.
But then you may also spend most, or all, of your time wondering how it's possible to remain a pure drop of water in a jug of other droplets that seem hell-bent on playing out chaos, drama, and pain. How is it possible for one single drop to "turn the tide" of the energy of everything the jug contains? Is it even possible?
I doubt that there's a day gone by when I haven't searched for the answers to these questions. Being deeply impacted by everything around us has a huge influence on our efforts to display our own truth. Staying true to our own path or, more succinctly, staying true to our own energy, can become the greatest challenge of our entire life.
As I've searched for the answers, I've been given a plethora of "energy tricks" that make things a bit easier. Various grids of energy that can be built around our own energy fields, various energy cleansing techniques, etc. But none of them have been strong enough to stand up against the daily onslaught of external energy. The inner energy gets bombarded enough to influence our thoughts and then our own inner energy becomes the enemy, so to speak. After struggling with the challenge for quite some time, I flipped the "picture" inside out and made it all about me. The question became, am I strong enough within my own soul's connection, energy, and power to sustain my own energy within myself?
If we become intensely intertwined with the energy of who are on a soul level, if our thoughts (energies) stay focused on this, we have a much better chance of remaining unaffected by external energies. From my experience, I can say that the human experience does not necessarily appreciate this state of affairs. What it comes down to, energetically, can look like opposition, rejection, and even judgment.
Refusing to participate in the chaos of the human experience energy really isn't "taking a superior position." It's about staying true to oneself. But first we have to know ourselves in order to do that. That seems obvious. And being so obvious would presume that it's easy, which it's not. Our life experiences have a tendency to "form" us, to cause us to believe that we are the sum of what we've known during this lifetime. The only one who can convince us otherwise is ourselves. Rising above the temporary energy into the infinite. Therein lies the key.
Quite some time ago I had an experience of Mahatma Ghandi approaching me in a crystal clear vision / meditation. He gave me a gift of an energy grid that he called "the authenticity grid." It looks like an extremely intricate weave of threads. Extremely beautiful. At that moment, it was one grid but later on he showed me that what you do is duplicate it and the two "sides" form a grid about your energy field.
This is what the two grids look like ........... ( )
Two "satellite dish" shapes. This is how they look from the front or back. If you were to view them straight on, you'd see a weave of very intricate and beautiful threads. Threads of energy.
The authenticity grid. The name is self-explanatory. This particular "tool," because of its ability to hold a particular energy frequency, helps an energy field remain less impacted by the energies around it. If you hold the intention and focus of living your life in union with your soul and your original purpose for incarnating on Earth, this grid helps you maintain the energy of that focus.
I can't quite tell if this blog is focused or kind of all over the place. In my mind I see a tiny pinpoint of light that I'm aiming for, as though I'm subconsciously hoping to help you who are reading this to see that pinpoint of light ... and reach it. In my mind I see over thirty years of experiences spread out behind me, contributing to the path of getting to this pinpoint of light. I suppose I'm trying to condense everything into this tiny format we call "blogs." An impossible task ... but a joy to me to be a part of your day and your life experience. And I thank you for being a part of mine as well.

WE ARE NOT DEFINED BY...
We are not defined by our experiences here on Earth. We are not defined by who we are, what we look like, what job we do, where we live, or any other physical aspect.
One of the key challenges that I've found through the years of my own life, as well as the lives of those people who I've counseled and talked with, is rising above what life tells us we are. As a society, we look at every other person and define them in ways that we feel allow us to truly know a person. In many cases, we could not be more wrong.
If I were to define myself through the parameters of this life, I would quite likely simply give up and find another reality to dwell in. The earthly challenges, labels, judgments, and all such things would have reduced me to a pile of tears and ashes. I know I'm not alone in this. Countless people have talked to me about this through the years. As the years pass, the need to believe in ourselves, based upon larger parameters, becomes greater. Society, to a large degree, devalues people as they pass through their years. I find it unfortunate and have a lot of opinions about "public opinion," which I will keep to myself in an effort to be kind to "your ears." (chuckle)
In order to create the change of a kinder society, it becomes obvious that priorities need to shift. Is that going to happen? I'm not certain, but if we make no effort at all, it is guaranteed that it won't.
Life deals every person a plethora of circumstances that have the power to annihilate our efforts to believe that we are something more than what we appear to be. How then do we believe in the greatness of who we are? We cannot all be intense voices that change the world, talents that stun an audience into silence, so beautiful that photographers line up for a chance of a photo op. If we fall into the "art of comparison," which seems to be a much-practiced art here on Earth, we can easily fall into turmoil and doubt. By doing so, we eradicate the real reason we, as soul, have chosen to incarnate in this place and time.
Even when we think we know why we may be here and what talents may be ours to give, the challenges can be great. An injury can take a player off the field, a dancer off the stage. An author or artist can have an injury that takes away the use of his/her hands. Even in the spiritual realm, there are days when "the gifts" fail us.
For a while now the words of someone have been ringing in my head. The words are fairly screaming at me these days, insisting that I address them. The words definitely caused me to question myself. (Then .. not any longer though .. I'm over it.) On a day when my spiritual ability to get messages from the higher dimensions failed me someone said to me ... "What good are you then?" As I said, the words are fairly screaming at me these last few days, demanding to be re-addressed. Who are we if something happens and we are incapable of doing what we think we should be doing on Earth? Or what people expect of us might be a better way to say that. This is not, by a long shot, isolated to my personal experience. I hear the words echoed in almost every person who connects with me. Which brings me to deep exploration, a quest for Divine Inspiration to guide my words so that they bring hope and insight.
If we are in a God experience ... far and above what we see in this human experience ... then how can we allow the parameters and judgments of this experience to define us? And so it comes down, perhaps, to that phrase that's been echoing in my mind for many months now. Re-perceive. Clear our vision, clear our assessments, clear our judgments. Clear what we think we know and allow ourselves to be guided by higher knowing. Can we build a new reality built on what we believed within the old? No. The foundation would crumble. We would end up in exactly the same place.
It then becomes obvious that we need to have a new foundation in order to build a new reality. What is the foundation going to made of? Judgments, insecurities, labels, and personal opinions must go by the wayside, it seems to me. What does that leave us with? Re-perceiving who and what we are.
If we allow ourselves to be inspired by something Divine, we open the door to any and all possibilities. Our judgments and opinions of life are based upon what we think we know. If what we think we know is one percent of the truth of God, then there is a great deal more knowledge and wisdom to draw from. If we are infinite souls, and this is but a five-minute Earth-experience within that infinity, then the possibility to break through the barriers of this temporary illusion is monumental.
I've had this particular blog saved in draft form for several days, working on it while pondering whether I would even post it. As the days passed, and I thought about this, it felt as though a hundred invisible souls were urging me on. I often wonder about my personal impact on those I interact with. It crossed my mind that if in some way I can inspire even one person each day, with a word or a smile or a reminder that there is something far greater than this moment, then what I am offering has value. From all I've seen and heard from people, we can be incredibly hard on ourselves. Asking, demanding, that we be something that, perhaps, we are not.
As I type that last paragraph I seem to hear an inner voice whispering. It's saying ... if we stop demanding that we meet certain expectations of something we're "supposed to be" based upon Earth-society parameters, we can reach a point of being real enough to express soul rather than humanness. I believe what that means is that, simply by finding and being the truth of the love, compassion, and truth of that infinite essence that we are, we can create a kinder world.

WHAT MAKES A MASTER
When one looks to see who has become a Master, do not look at the path that has been walked. Look at the heart it took to walk the path.
The measure of a Master is not made by magic tricks and whims of the moment. To be a true Master is to become the Divine that you are. A true Master understands that everything external is not the Truth, that the Truth cannot be found outside of oneself. To become what your Soul is, in a world of deception, illusions, emotion, and lies, is to become a Master.
If one wants to live the life of a Master, one becomes Master of one's life. The truth of life, the genuine truth of life, lives within each person. And so it is that when one masters oneself, one masters life.
What that means is that, to become the Master that you seek to be, it becomes your mission to know yourself and heal yourself into the Truth of who you are, untainted by all things that lie outside yourself. A true Master responds to life not by becoming overwhelmed, or emotional, or angry, or distraught. Your true life, the life that will make you the Master that you truly are, lives within you. A true Master may be found living in a hovel, surrounded by agony and poverty. The measure of a Man's home is not the measure of a Master.
The true Master is not the Man who lives upon a hill, overlooking the town where he owns buildings and people. The true Master has no need to own people, to overpower people. The true Master has no need to overpower circumstances. The true Master understands that all things that live outside of oneself are not the measure of the Master. His measure is not what he owns in the world but what he owns within himself.
Masters have walked barefoot with bloody feet and hungry bellies. Masters have looked through bars at guards and guns and died on concrete floors. Masters have stood alone for years, seemingly without friends or riches. But these that I have seen and called Masters have been one thing. They have been true, always true, to the truth that lies within them. The truth that no Man, no prison, no friend, no mansion, can make them what they are not, and that is Master over themselves.
Each person has the opportunity to become a Master, to become calm within oneself by accepting and living the truth that nothing outside of oneself has the power to make you something that you are not. And what are you? You are an aspect of God.
